The Potter and Primm Inc. Story
Listen, I know heating and cooling isn't exciting for most people (ok, so pretty much everyone) but it is my goal that you have comfort, efficiency and save money when it comes to heating and cooling your home.
And quite frankly, we are pretty darn good at doing that...
Hey, this is Calvin Potter here with Potter and Primm Heating and Air.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for taking the time to consider us for your current (or future) heating and air needs.
More importantly, I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little bit about myself and the Potter and Primm story.
I know there are a lot of heating and air companies out there to choose from and I want you to know why I believe Potter and Primm deserves your trust.
Potter and Primm Inc. opened in 1997. I'd like to tell you we have this fairy tale story about how I always wanted to be in the business...but truthfully I can't, because it's not the truth.
The truth is, a buddy and I were working in a factory and we were looking for something new. The only thing we were certain of is that we didn't want to be working in the factory any more. So, we decided to go to school to get our certificate for heating and cooling.
Over the years we have worked hard, helped a lot of people, and live by the motto that we will always do what's right 100% of the time.
It's not fancy...just the truth.
My Dad taught me that hard work pays off...and that's really all I was equipped with when I started this business. I worked hard and did what was right by my customers.
My goal as a father is that I instill the same work ethic in my 3 boys - which is why I believe it's important that we spend time camping, hunting, and fishing. You know the saying...feed a man to fish he eats for a day - teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime. I want to raise men who know the value of hard work and the honor in making their own way.
At the end of the day, I hope that I gain your trust, business and loyalty simply because we will work harder to do just that. I may not be a lot of things but I will always outwork my competition and do what's right for our customer.
